IEFAZ is a non-profit organization in accordance with section 501(c)(3) of IRS tax code therefore your donations are tax deductible.

As we welcome the holy month of Ramadan, we wish our community and all the momineens around the world a blessed and spiritually fulfilling month ahead.

We know that the community is anxiously awaiting the news of the center reopening, especially during this holy month. As we reminisce over how we all gathered at the center during the holy month of Ramadan, breaking fast together and praying not just as a community but as a family, we cannot forget that we are still in the middle of a world pandemic. Keeping that in consideration along with sentiments arising to once again gather, the IEFAZ board has decided as follows:
Vaccination Requirement:
Community members who have been fully vaccinated will be able to attend in person. This precaution is to ensure the health and safety of all the momineens following CDC guidelines. We request that you bring your vaccination card on your first visit. Once we have you entered in our system, you will not have to bring it again with you.

Children 16 and under who are not required by CDC to be vaccinated will be allowed.

Everyone is encouraged to wear a mask and follow social distancing.

Opening timings:
The center will be open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only if the iftar is sponsored. Due to unprecedented times, it is difficult to estimate headcount. We want to ensure that every momin visiting the center will not leave without iftar.

We request that if you are interested in sponsoring iftar, please fill out the form below. The Board needs 48 hours advance notice to ensure volunteers are available, arrangements are made and the community is informed.

Food must be in To-Go boxes, to coordinate or to get an estimated headcount please contact Br. Navid Jafri or Sister Umbreen Kazmi.

Important nights:
Alhumdulillah we will have Shaykh Jafar H. Jafar virtually with us during the nights of Ramadan 19th thru Ramadan 20th. In-person A’amals will also be performed at the center. More program details for these nights will be sent out in few days.

Yearly Raffle
Yearly Raffle is back! We know all the kids, as well as those who are children at heart look forward to our yearly raffle. This not only to brings so much joy to everyone but also a great way to support our center. Raffle tickets will be available on the nights that the center is open. If you cannot attend due to vaccine restrictions, you can drop by at the center and a volunteer will be able to assist you.

We request our generous donors who make this raffle successful every year to please donate items for the raffle again this year. We are hoping to make this year even more successful than the previous years, and it cannot be possible without your help. Please CLICK HERE to contact Board Member to make the donation!
We will be holding Eid-al-Fitr salah Inshallah at the center this year. Details will be provided as we get closer to the date.

We pray that Allah (swt) showers his blessings, eases trials, and removes suffering from all the momineens around the world. May He hastens the reappearance of our Imam (atfj).
